Park Capital Inc. was founded in 1995 as a fully licensed, full-service Industrial/Commercial real estate brokerage serving Southwestern Ontario, Canada. Our main focus of business concentrates on the sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties, as well as sales of investment properties to local and offshore investors.
In 2001, Park Capital Inc. expanded its scope of services to include commercial and residential mortgage brokerage services for its clients. With access to a wide variety of institutional and private lenders, we can ensure to provide financing to meet each client's individual needs. Park Capital Inc. is fully licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO), and a proud member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP).
