Michael received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Housing & Real Estate Management from the University of Guelph in 1995. Prior to receiving his degree, Michael worked for a property management company and also a Toronto brokerage firm, providing him with invaluble experience and insight to the marketplace.

Michael founded Park Capital Inc. in 1995 with the vision to provide expert service to the area's commercial property owners. Since that time, Park Capital Inc. has been involved in all types of transactions, ranging from industrial land sales to office/retail/industrail leasing to multi-residential development.

He is an active volunteer, sitting on various committees at the Guelph & District Real Estate Board, as well as being on the Board of Directors in 2002. Michael is looking forward to obtaining his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in the near future.
