Michael received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Housing & Real Estate Management from the University of Guelph in 1995. Prior to receiving his degree, Michael worked for a property management company and also a Toronto brokerage firm, providing him with invaluble experience and insight to the marketplace.

With the vision to provide expert service to the area's commercial property owners and users, Michael founded Park Capital Inc. in 1995. Since that time, Park Capital Inc. has been involved in all types of transactions, ranging from industrial land sales, to office/retail/industrail sales and leasing, to multi-residential development.

Michael is an active volunteer, sitting on various committees at the Guelph & District Real Estate Board, as well as being on its Board of Directors in 2002. He is also on the Board of Directors of the CCIM Central Canada Chapter.
