Rick's background includes experience as a senior sales manager for a major pharmaceutical company as well as vice president and partner in a consulting company of McCormick Delisle & Thompson Inc. The company provided services in the areas of Total Quality Management, Customer Satisfaction and Process Re-engineering.

Rick was also the Executive Director for Canada's Technology Triangle, the organization that coordinated economic development initiatives for the cities of Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and the Regional Municipality of Waterloo.

More recently, Rick has been very involved in real estate investment and development and is able to utilize that experience and knowledge through his relationship with Park Capital Inc. He is active within the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Guelph Hydro Inc.
